Ingredients
250 gr of dark chocolate
200 gr of salted butter
4 whole eggs
2 tbsp of flour
2 tbsp of sugar (of your choice)
A sheet of parchment paper
La recette, step by step
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Add the salted butter to the pan little by little to obtain a smooth mixture.
Add the sugar and flour while mixing.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the 4 whole eggs.
Pour the mixture into a mold previously covered with baking paper.
Bake for 12-15 min at 180°.
