Yes, customer accounts are personal and allow us to better track your orders/returns/requests. Creating an account only takes a few seconds and will also allow you to benefit from the special touches we offer our most loyal customers.

If you wish to delete your account Mardi, please contact us at shop@mardi-editions.com. Please note that if you delete your account, details of all your past purchases will also be lost.

You will receive a confirmation email with an order reference number and an order summary.

<tc>HOW DO I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER ?</tc>
You can add or remove items from your cart at any time before your order is confirmed. Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible to add, remove, or modify items in your cart. If your order has not yet been shipped and you would like to change the size or color of an item or your delivery address, please contact us within 4 hours of confirming your order by email at shop@mardi-editions.com en indicating your order reference and the changes to be made to it. If unfortunately the modification is not possible, we invite you to return the item and place a new order. You will have 14 days after receiving the package to return your items and request a refund. Cancellation of an order implies the immediate refund of the total amount of the order.

Our online inventory is the same as our in-store inventory; if your dream item is sold out online, it's also sold out in-store.

<tc>HOW DO GIFT CARDS WORK ?</tc>
Gift cards can be purchased online. You will receive an email with the code to activate the card. There is no obligation to spend the entire card at once.
Your gift card balance is valid for 12 months after purchase.
Gift cards purchased online can also be used in our Brussels store (Rue du page 15, 1050 Ixelles) and our pop-up stores.

<tc>DELIVERIES IN BELGIUM</tc>
- For orders over €300: free delivery, return fee of €6.
- For orders under €300: delivery charge of €8, return charge of €6.
- Delivery in 1 to 3 working days (excluding Archives period).
- You also have the possibility to collect your order free of charge from our Brussels store (Rue du Page 15, Ixelles) during opening hours (11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) Tuesday to Saturday.
<tc>DELIVERIES TO GERMANY, THE NETHERLANDS AND LUXEMBOURG</tc>
- For orders over €300: free shipping, €8 return fee.
- For orders under €300: €8 shipping fee, €8 return fee.

Currently, we are unable to ship outside the European Union without incurring significant customs fees. We are a young brand and are working to enable worldwide shipping soon.

<tc>HOW TO FOLLOW MY ORDER ?</tc>
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the tracking page of the selected carrier. If in doubt, write to us at shop@mardi-editions.com, we are here to help you.
<tc>HOW TO RECOVER MY PACKAGE IF IT WAS RETURNED ? </tc>
Unfortunately, once your package has been returned to us, it cannot be reshipped. You will be automatically refunded within 7 business days. To retrieve your order, simply place a new order through our online store.

- We accept returns within 15 days of receiving the order provided that the returned items are unworn (with the label) and carefully packaged in their original packaging.
- If you are returning your entire order, please include the tote bag or other accessories included in the package before returning it to us.
- Any item returned incomplete (product label, buttons, etc.), damaged, damaged, washed or stained will not be accepted and/or refunded.
