DELIVERY

The same costs and the same free-shipping threshold apply to all our pieces, collection and stock sale included.

Delivery is free from 300 € of purchases to Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg. Below that amount, and for the rest of Europe whatever the order value:

• Belgium: 7 €
• Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany: 10 €
• France: 15 €
• Rest of Europe: 20 €

Collection from our Brussels and Antwerp boutiques is always free.

TIMINGS

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 working day, then delivered in 2 to 4 working days depending on the destination, 6 working days at most.

Stock sale and archive pieces take more preparation: allow 5 to 10 working days before shipping. Parcels for collection in the boutique are available from Saturday 5 September 2026.

RETURN COSTS

One set of rates, for all our pieces. The cost is deducted from your refund.

Returning is free when you drop the parcel off at either of our two boutiques.

For returns from the rest of the world, the customer arranges and pays for the return. Please let us know by email at shop@mardi-editions.com.

REGISTERING YOUR RETURN

You have 15 days after receiving your order to change your mind, on all our pieces, stock sale and archive included.

Register your request from your account on mardi-editions.com (My account / Make a return). You can then print the return label provided and drop your parcel at the nearest drop-off point, or simply come by one of our boutiques.

Pieces must be unworn, with the tag attached, and carefully repacked in their original packaging. Any item returned incomplete, damaged, washed or stained will be neither accepted nor refunded. If you are returning the whole order, please put the tote bag and the complimentary accessories back in.

WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES

For another size, another colour or another style, simply place a new order on the e-shop. This applies to all our pieces.

PURCHASES IN THE BOUTIQUE

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in store. Items bought at an in-store clearance sale are therefore neither taken back nor exchanged. Clearance items bought online do benefit from the 15 days.

In every case, including on sale or end-of-line items, the two-year legal guarantee of conformity still applies.

Stock sale parcels are available for collection from Saturday 5 September 2026. Stock sale pieces are not on the rails in the boutiques and cannot be tried on there.

REFUND TIMINGS

Your return is processed within 24 hours of arriving. The refund is issued to the payment method used for the order, within the following 7 days.

We confirm by email once your return has been processed.

When you return your whole order, the outbound delivery cost is refunded at the rate of the cheapest standard delivery we offer. For a partial return, it is not refunded. Return postage is deducted from your refund according to the per-country rates.

ORDER PAID WITH A GIFT CARD

If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card is sent to you once your return has been approved. It can be used on the e-shop and in both our boutiques.
