Currently, we are unable to ship outside the European Union without incurring significant customs fees. We are a young brand and are working to enable worldwide shipping soon.

If you would like to order one of our parts from a country outside the EU, please write to us at shop@mardi-editions.com, we will find a solution together.

RETURNS

- We accept returns within 15 days of receiving the order provided that the returned items are unworn (with the label) and carefully packaged in their original packaging.

- If you are returning your entire order, please include the tote bag or other accessories included in the package before returning it to us.

- Any item returned incomplete (product label, buttons, etc.), damaged, damaged, washed or stained will not be accepted and/or refunded.

- The refund will take place within a maximum of 10 days after receipt of the package at our offices.

RETURN COSTS

You can make your return through your customer account on our website. The fee will be deducted from your original order upon refund, after the return has been processed.

- You can return your order by printing the label provided during the return process on our return portal and dropping off the parcel at your nearest delivery point.

- In case of withdrawal, only the price of the purchased product(s) will be refunded. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

FROM THE REST OF THE EU

- No return label will be included in your parcel. Returns are at your own expense.

RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED IN THE ARCHIVE SALE

"Archive Sale" items can be returned under our standard return conditions. However, they are not eligible for free returns. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Discounted items are neither returnable nor refundable.

REFUND TIMELINE

Your return will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. The refund will be issued to the bank account linked to the card used for the original purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. From the date of this confirmation, the refund will be completed within 7 business days.

RETURNS FOR ORDERS PAID WITH A GIFT CARD

If you paid for your order using a gift card, a new gift card will be issued once your return has been approved by our team. This new gift card can be used on our e-shop and in-store using a code.
