<tc>FEES AND CONDITIONS</tc>

DELIVERY - BELGIUM

Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Archive and Sample Sale periods).

Delivery is complimentary for all orders over €200 (excluding Archive and Sample Sale periods).

For orders below this amount, delivery fees are €6.50.

Returns are charged €7.

You may also collect your order free of charge from our Brussels store (Rue du Page 15, Ixelles), Tuesday to Saturday, from 11am to 6:30pm.

DELIVERY – GERMANY, THE NETHERLANDS AND LUXEMBOURG

Orders are delivered within 1 to 4 business days (excluding Archive and Sample Sale periods).

Delivery is complimentary for all orders over €300 (excluding Archive and Sample Sale periods).

For orders below this amount, delivery fees are €10.

Returns are charged €10.

DELIVERY – FRANCE

Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days (excluding Archive and Sample Sale periods).

Standard delivery is complimentary for all orders over €300 (excluding Sample Sale periods).

For orders below this amount, delivery fees are €15.

Returns are charged €10.

DELIVERY – REST OF THE EU

Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days (excluding Archive periods).

For deliveries to Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece and the Czech Republic:

Delivery fees are €15

Return fees are €15

For deliveries to Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden:

Delivery fees are €24

Return fees are €20

DELIVERY – REST OF THE WORLD

We are currently unable to offer delivery outside of the European Union in order to avoid significant customs duties.

We are actively working on making this service available in the near future.

If you wish to place an order from outside the EU, please contact us at shop@mardi-editions.com and we will do our best to assist you.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that items are unworn, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

If you return your full order, we kindly ask that you include the tote bag and any complimentary items received.

Any incomplete, worn, damaged, washed or stained items will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 10 days after the return has been received.

RETURN FEES

Returns are charged €7 in Belgium and may also be returned free of charge in store.

For Germany, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, returns are charged €10.

For France, returns are charged €10.

For deliveries to Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece and the Czech Republic, returns are charged €15.

For deliveries to Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden, returns are charged €20.
<tc>HOW TO RETURN</tc>

Return label

To initiate a return, you must register your request via your account on mardi-editions.com (My account / Request a return).

You will then be able to print the return label provided through the return portal and drop off your parcel at the nearest collection point.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned items.

In the event of withdrawal, only the price of the purchased item(s) will be refunded. Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returning Archive items

Items purchased during Archive Sale or Sample Sale periods may be returned in accordance with our standard return policy. Return fees apply.

Returning items purchased during the Braderie

Items purchased during the Braderie are not eligible for return or refund.

You also have the option to pick up and return your order for free at our Brussels store during opening hours:

<tc>REFUNDS </tc>

REFUND TIMELINE

Your return will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. The refund will be issued to the bank account linked to the card used for the original purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. From the date of this confirmation, the refund will be completed within 7 business days.

RETURNS FOR ORDERS PAID WITH A GIFT CARD

If you paid for your order using a gift card, a new gift card will be issued once your return has been approved by our team. This new gift card can be used on our e-shop and in-store using a code.
