We are a fast growing company and are looking for a Sales intern to support our sales development in both B2B and B2C.

You’ll be directly working with the brand’s founder and CEO and will be collaborating closely with the head of communication and marketing. 

Wholesale

• Support in organizing showrooms, trade shows, and other events;
• Encoding and tracking orders;
• Analyzing B2B client performance;
• Sending guidelines to clients (price lists, packshots, marketing tools);
• Business prospecting and appointment setting;

Retail

• Support in managing the Brussels Flagship store;
• Planning merchandising in collaboration with the store manager;
• Support in organizing events at the Flagship;
• Encoding products into the sales software;

Pop-up Stores

• Searching for locations and negotiating leases;
• Designing and managing the pop-up store;
• Budget tracking;
• Marketing and communication in collaboration with the brand's communication manager;
• Stock management;

Your Profile

• Master's student in a business school or equivalent;
• Strong communication and writing skills in Dutch and English
• Good command of French is an advantage;
• Can work independently, show initiative and has a problem-solving mentality.
• Affinity for (responsible) fashion and an eye for detail.
• Enjoy working in a small team
• Available from Aug/Sept 2024 or Jan/Feb 2025, fulltime, 5 days a week for 5-6 months

Your role

• Provide global support to the marketing team
• Implement the the social media strategy
• Contribute to the execution of weekly email marketing campaigns
• Execute our SEO strategy (writing powerful product description, blog posts, etc) 
• Prospect future PR & influence partnership
• Track performance of all marketing actions
• Participate in the coordination and execution of offline marketing activities, including events and press dinners.
• Help with organizing photoshoots and provide on-set support
• Conduct competitor analysis
• Support marketing efforts on various platforms including TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram,...

Your Profile

• Master's student in a business school or equivalent;
• Strong communication and writing skills in French and English (impeccable spelling is a must)
• Good command of Dutch is an advantage;

We are a fast growing company and are looking for a graphic design intern to support our brand development. You'll be directly working with the head of communication and brand image.

Your mission

• Monitor brand coherence across Mardi communications activities from newsletters to packaging to events
• Concept, art direction, execution and production of seasonal campaigns and photoshoots.
• Develop graphic design elements and different types of creative content (digital & print) ;
• Contribute to the execution of weekly email marketing campaigns
• Create content for our social media platforms in collaboration with the marketing team
• Edit photos and videos for social media, e -commerce, and marketing campaigns.
• Bring your creative input to team meetings

Your Profile

• Student in graphic design, communication or fashion studies
• Experience in Adobe graphic design programs such as Indesign and Photoshop are a must.
• Experience with Shopify and/or Klaviyo is a plus
• Able to take pictures or record videos with a professional camera
• Strong communication and writing skills in French and English
• Good command of Dutch is an advantage;
• Can work independently , show initiative and has a problem-solving mentality.
