Once your order has been validated and payment has been received, your order is prepared and sent within 1 working day.
Delivery means the transfer to the Customer of physical possession of the item(s) in the order. The risk of loss or damage to the item(s) passes to the customer at the time of delivery.
The customer is offered different delivery options:
- Collection of the order from Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 6.30pm in our shop (Rue du page 15) on presentation of the order.
- Delivery at home or in a relay point by the services of Bpost, UPS, Mondial Relay or DPD.
Your order will be delivered within a maximum of 6 working days, the usual delivery time being 2 working days in Europe.
The delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer at the time of validation of the order. This address must be the customer's home address or that of a natural or legal person of his/her choice.
After placing your order, you have 24 hours to retract or modify it before we dispatch it. Send us an e-mail to email@example.com if you wish to modify / cancel your order.
If the delivery time is exceeded, i.e. 7 working days, the customer will contact SPRL MAR & DI to lodge a complaint. A solution will be found together.
Delivery outside of the EU
The price of our products is displayed in EUR and does not include import taxes or possible customs fees. These costs are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery and according to the terms and conditions defined by the importing country.
The delivery costs of the items on sale are charged to the customer regardless of the amount of the order. Your order will be prepared and sent within 1 week.
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the order provided that the returned items are unworn (with the label) and carefully packed in their original packaging. If you are returning your entire order, please include the totebag or other accessories in the package before returning it.
Any item returned incomplete (product label, buttons, etc.), damaged, washed or stained will not be accepted for return and/or refund.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days after the parcel has been dropped off at a relay point.
For returns from Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and France, we offer returns for all orders over 200€ (regardless of the amount of the return). If you wish to return an order with a total value of less than 200€, you will be charged 5€ for the return when you refund your order.
To make a return, the customer must register his return on mardi-editions.com in his personal space (My account / Make a return). He will then be offered different options to make his return:
- For Belgium, it is possible to return your order or part of it free of charge by dropping it off at our shop (Rue du page 15, 1050 Ixelles) from Tuesday to Saturday between 11am and 6.30pm. The refund will be made via the payment method used to validate your online order and the money will arrive on your account within 7 working days.
- The customer can make the return by printing the return label provided at the time of registration of the return via the returns portal and dropping off the package at the nearest delivery point. The refund will be made via the payment method used to pay for the order within 7 days of receipt of the return.
For returns from Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden, returns will be charged €10 at the time of refund of the returned items.
To make a return, the customer must register his return on mardi-editions.com in his personal space (My account / Make a return). The customer can then make his return by printing the return label provided during the registration of the return via the returns portal and by dropping the parcel off at the nearest delivery point. The refund will be made via the payment method used to pay for the order within 7 days of receipt of the return.
For returns from the rest of the world, returns are to be handled by the customer using the shipping method of their choice and are at their expense. Please notify us of the return by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be made via the payment method used to pay for the order within 7 days of receipt of the return.
Returns of items on sale are at the customer's expense using the shipping method of their choice. Mardi editions is not responsible for the loss of the package by the carrier.
However, if the customer resides in Belgium and wishes to return the item via the website, an additional €5 return fee will be deducted from the refund of the order, regardless of the initial amount of the order.
Items in our bradery sale will not be returned and/or refunded.
