Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Delivery is free from €300 of purchases to Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg, on all our pieces, archive pieces included. Below that amount, and for the rest of Europe whatever the order value, home delivery costs are as follows:

  • Belgium: €7
  • The Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany: €10
  • France: €15
  • Rest of Europe: €20

Collection from our Brussels and Antwerp stores is always free. Once your order is confirmed and payment received, your order is prepared and sent within 1 working day.

Delivery means the transfer to the customer of physical possession of the items in the order. The risk of loss or damage to the items passes to the customer at the moment of delivery.

The customer is offered several delivery options:

  • Collection of the order, on presentation of it, at either of our two stores: Brussels, Rue du Page 15, 1050 Ixelles (Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 to 18:30) or Antwerp, Drukkerijstraat 22, 2000 Antwerp (during the opening hours shown on our Our stores page).
  • Standard home delivery in 2 to 4 working days.

Your order will be delivered within a maximum of 6 working days, the usual time being 2 working days within Europe. Delivery is made to the delivery address given by the customer when confirming the order. That address must be the residence of the customer or of a natural or legal person of their choosing.

After placing your order, you have 24 hours to change or cancel it before we ship it: send us an email at shop@mardi-editions.com. This period is without prejudice to your 15-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the order, described below.

If the delivery time of 6 working days is exceeded, the customer should contact MAR & DI SRL to make a complaint. We will find a solution together.

Delivery outside the EU

The price of our products is shown in EUR and includes neither import taxes nor any customs charges. These are payable by the customer at the time of delivery, according to the rules of the importing country.

Archive sale / Sample sale / Clearance / Outlet

Archive pieces follow the same delivery costs and the same free-delivery threshold as the rest of the collection. The preparation and dispatch time for these orders is one week.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving the order, provided the returned pieces are unworn (with the tag attached) and carefully packed in their original packaging. If you are returning your whole order, please put the tote bag or any other complimentary accessories back in the parcel before sending it to us.

Any item returned incomplete (product tag, buttons and so on), damaged, washed or stained will not be accepted and/or refunded.

To make a return, the customer registers it on mardi-editions.com in their personal account (My account / Make a return). They are then offered several options:

In-store return

You may return your order, or part of it, free of charge by dropping it off at either of our two stores: Brussels, Rue du Page 15, 1050 Ixelles (Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 to 18:30) or Antwerp, Drukkerijstraat 22, 2000 Antwerp (during the opening hours shown on our Our stores page). The refund will be made to the payment method used for your order, within 7 days of the in-store drop-off.

Online return

To return from within the EU, the customer registers the return in their personal account, prints the return label provided through the return portal, and drops the parcel at the nearest drop-off point. The refund will be made to the payment method used for the order, within 7 days of receipt of the return.

Return costs

  • Returns are charged at €7 in Belgium. They can also be made free of charge at our Brussels and Antwerp stores.
  • For the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany, returns are charged at €10.
  • For France, returns are charged at €15.
  • For the rest of Europe, returns are charged at €20.

For returns from the rest of the world, the customer arranges and pays for the return with the shipping method of their choice. Please let us know by email at shop@mardi-editions.com. The refund will be made to the payment method used for the order, within 7 days of receipt of the return.

Archive sale / Sample sale

Archive pieces follow the same return procedure as the rest of the collection: registration of the return in your personal account, return label provided, and return costs as per the table above, deducted from the refund. In-store returns remain free.

Clearance

Items bought at an in-store clearance sale are neither taken back nor exchanged, as the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in store. Clearance items bought online do benefit from the 15-day right of withdrawal, with return postage payable by the customer.

In every case, including on reduced, clearance or end-of-line items, the two (2) year legal guarantee of conformity continues to apply.
