E-COMMERCE MANAGER

Full-time permanent contract, 38 hours a week, based in Brussels

In collaboration with the founder of the brand and Marketing, you will act as e-commerce manager. Your role will be to implement content on the brand's website and produce e-business reports in order to identify strengths and weaknesses and make the resulting decisions. You are responsible for the growth of the digital turnover of the brand on mardi-editions.com

Your missions will be the following (non-exhaustive list):

  • Online product catalog management
  • Management of e-shop orders, follow-up with logistics partners
  • Supervision of shooting packshots and e-commerce
  • Animation of the site, landing pages (creation of visuals, layout, etc.)
  • Setting up business operations
  • Analysis of business results and site performance
  • Content writing, product sheet and natural referencing (SEO)
  • Continuous optimization of site functionality, UX and customer journey
  • Ensure operational excellence of the site at all times
  • Budget management, identification of areas for improvement, decision making
  • Management of acquisition campaigns (SEA, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)
  • Supervision of translations (FR, NL, ENG)
  • E-CRM, automated marketing, basket reminders,...


Required profile

Graduate of a higher education in e-commerce/marketing/digital marketing/communication/management/... you have a first experience of at least 3 years in an equivalent position.

You are passionate about digital and social networks hold no secrets for you.

  • You have excellent communication skills and impeccable spelling in French and English

  • You have the soul of an entrepreneur (being an e-commerce manager means being responsible for a complete business. You have to be able to think 360° and be solution-oriented).

FR + ENG. Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
A good knowledge of Shopify would be highly appreciated.
Ideally comfortable with Mailchimp, Meta business Suite, the Office package.
Training in graphic design + mastery of the Adobe suite is a very big plus.
Coding notions highly appreciated.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

CDI, full time, 38h week, based in Brussels

In direct collaboration with the founder of the brand, you will act as Business Development Manager in Belgium and abroad.
Your role, essential in the evolution of the brand, will be to develop Mardi editions on new markets in B2B and B2C.

You identify business opportunities and potential partners.
You implement pop-up stores and manage them from A to Z.
You represent the brand at trade shows.

Your missions will be the following (non-exhaustive list):

  • Production of commercial supports (design, writing, translation, layout, etc.)
  • Customer prospecting (B2B)
  • Presentation of the brand, its values ​​and the collections
  • Organization and holding of pop-up stores at least 4 times a year in Belgium and/or abroad
  • Negotiation with business partners
  • Active participation in the development of turnover and the achievement of monthly objectives
  • Participation in the development of the collection plan based on your customer/market knowledge Participation in fairs/showrooms (organization, management, monitoring of results, etc.)
  • B2B Order Tracking
  • Maintaining a lasting relationship with customers
  • Margin analysis, costs, results
  • Participation / management of various projects: loyalty program, barcodes, implementation of an ERP, etc.

SALES CONSULTANT

CDI, part-time - Available Thursday, Friday and Saturday (24 hours a week)

True ambassador of our brand within our Flagship store in Brussels , your missions will be as follows:

  • Welcoming, advising and retaining customers
  • Offer an inspiring and exclusive shopping experience to our customers
  • Ensuring product exchanges and returns
  • Check product labeling
  • Support the preparation of online orders
  • Collaborate on inventories
  • Be responsible for the good behavior and cleanliness of the Flagship
  • Apply merchandising guidelines
  • Transmit and share the values ​​and commitments of the brand
  • Ensure proper stock management
  • Participate in the development of turnover and the achievement of monthly objectives.

Required profile

You are passionate about business and understand the importance of customer service.
You are dynamic, versatile and endowed with strong interpersonal skills.

  • You have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • You are dynamic and positive.

STUDENT JOB - SALE

Available to choose from: Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

Are you a student and available at least one day a week (Thursday, Friday or Saturday) from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.?
